Many of you have asked in various forums about domain registrations and the best place for them and the ones that have the best services, Below I have compiled data from most major registrars that allow you FULL control over your domains and have posted it below for your convienence. There is cheaper registrars out there but they charge for control of your domain.

I think NetworkSolutions is not a good solution...

And the price is too high, even Yahoo slashed the cost of domain registrations to $9.95.

In my signature there is a link to my site that sells domains registration for $9.75.

You have of course full control on your domains.

The problem with controlling domains seems to happen when you register them with a webhoster and then desire to change hosting provider if I am not wrong.

I suggest to always use a domain regitration service independent from the webhoster.

I couldnt agree with you more.

I personally Have independant hosting for all our domains. We do not have any hosting with any registrars.

We do however operate under ENOM as a reseller with a completely independant control panel for your domains.

So lets say you have a domain registered with www.namepros.ca You have control over your DNS settings/ domain forwarding ect all inclusive of the original purchase price.
