in an effort to raise traffic to my site, I have bought the following domains:

Can anyone tell me how best to market these, I want to get them quickly indexed in the searchengines.

Hi Joseph, unless these domains already receive some traffic, which you can re-direct to your main site, I think you're going about it the long hard way.

With new domains like these you're going to have to start from scratch, developing, optimizing and still have no guarantee you'd get these domain listed in the search engines for your keywords.

I see you've packed your meta tags but there's not much content on these domains.

Ideally, you should buy domains that have traffic or are type-ins. I admit it's easier said than done.
