Hi Mark,

I'm not sure about .uk values but I do know with all domains especially 2 word fairly long domains like yours, they typically don't have much value unless developed with traffic. I would build a site similar to your other shed site (different enough not to get a SE penalty), buildup traffic and then try selling.
