I saw Sedo listed as a site to buy & sell domains so I went there. Looks like a great site for buying & selling domains. I paid the $19.00 to have freehere.com appraised. They provided an appraisal in less than 1 hour of order submission. It seemed to be a good overview and appraised the domain name at $4000.00

What do you think? The website itself has not had any development so this would be for the domain name only.

Great domain and in this case I think an appraisal was well worth it!

Park it at SEDO, optimize keywords. FREE always drives lots of traffic. Build up the traffic on SEDO park to help you get premium price. Or do a Featured or category listing with a low reasonable price if you want to move it faster. Getting some traffic to the domain will help no matter how you cut it.
