This one evokes the debt management arena in my mind. I have credit cards maxed, I can't pay them, what to do? Go to ccmax.com and get some debt consolidation/reduction help. Or it could be used for a credit card offer site.
I would say to an end-user $50-$100. However, if you look at the debt management/reduction/consolodation business right now, it is booming with many people in America and other countries losing their butts in debt so it may have better appeal to a business in that area.
