Is this the best domain searching tool on the web?

Everyone, I've just found a great tool for domain searching at www.mydomainfriend.com - it's a free keyword combination search tool and is much better than others sites (like nameboy) for keyword based domain searching. Is there anything else like it on the web?

Hi and welcome to WebProWorld.

There are other tools out there that work much better IMHO in that they don't just make up names but they show you ones that are available and link to whois info. With this tool you would have to generate a bunch of names, then go somewhere else to see if they are available. It also did not really mix the KW I used as creatively as some other tools I have used.

I recommend http://www.domainfellow.com/ and http://www.snapitnow.com/ as 2 of the better ones.
Often though I just use http://www.whois.sc and just upgraded to Silver to get the extra features.

What other name tools do you guys like to use and why?

I use whois.sc and internic.ca for canadian domains.

Is the silver account upgrade worth it IYO?

All the extra name suggestions are worth it IMO. Maybe not forever, but for a couple months while I'm in active shopping mode.
