dot name domains - are they worth it?

I registered my first .name domain, i never really paid these any attention until I found my initials ( 3 letter domain )
Do you think these will be as scarce as the 3 letter .com domains?

A new extension always brings the opportunity to register a keyword that's already taken in the other extensions.

Only time will tell how ".name" will fare against the other extensions. Personally, I don't have any ".name" domain. I would rather have an ".info" :)
