Default Sedo Question - Need help understanding

This question is for people that have sold w/ SEDO
I am trying to understand the 10% comm.

If I sell a site at sedo ( say for $100 ) do I pay 10% of the $100 final price or and I paying Sedo a $100 min. flat rate?

just so I understand?
Can someone break down an example?

Thanks in advance

SEDO's minimum fee is $100. It means that if you sell your site for $100, you'll get $0 :)

An alternative you might want to consider is Afternic. Their sales fee is 10% with a minimum charge of $60.

Yes, Sedo charges a minimum of $100 per domain sale. So if you want to sell a domain for $50, you put $150. That way Sedo's commission is shouldered by the buyer. But if the name is really worth only around $50, you will have a hard time selling it at Sedo.

So most domains sold at Sedo are "high-profile" ones. This is to negate or soften the impact of the high commission rate.
