It says, that .cs (Czechoslovakia) is unofficial TLD, not recognized by ICANN. I guess it means that it is impossible to register such a domain.

Perhaps your client will get a .cz domain? You can register this one here :

Thanks for the info. I just realized these need special software. Reality is... how many people would want to dload software just to see domain names? Hmmm.
