Any copyright legal beagles here??

I have what may be a copyright question or a domain registration question.
www.webproworld.com has been around for a very long and I commend those that keep it running.
The powers to be here have registered www.webproworld.com
could someone register www.a_webproworld.com and louse things up??
How close would this come to being a violation of US copyright laws?
