Default New HTML & CSS Certification

I'm a Web Designer and want to get certified in XHTML, CSS 2.x and Dreamweaver CS3.
Which are the most prestigious places you know to go get certified at? They can be online or offline/facility-wise places

Forget certification in html/xhtml/css they are barely even programming languages, they are a markup syntax.

Adobe help you get certified in adobe applications, the net does not revolve around adobe. The core applications and technologies that run the net have absolutely nothing to do with any adobe technology.

w3schools.com all you need to know.

www.lynda.com and www.learnkey.com are two very good places for CBT's.

I have used both and highly recommend them.
