Default Home Web Server infomation wanted :)

Home Web Server infomation wanted :

Does anyone have any help about running a Home Web Server?

This should work like a normal Web Host: -

Normal WHM, (Web Host Manger), cPanel

HTML, PERL, PHP, CSS CRON, SQL, etc..

I live in the United Kingdom, I don’t think my ISP allows this but: -

I want to try it out and use it just like a normal hosting server.

~~~ I had some success using Apache for Windows and dyndns, to link to a site at home.
But I would like to try Linux on say two, (redundancy), Pentium 3 computers running multiple websites.
How much do you think this will cost?
Have you asked your ISP? They might say yes!
Your ISP will most likely say no or require you to get a business account, because you seem, based on what you are describing, to be setting up hosting beyond the bandwidth most ISPs provision for home customers. In the US, this would run about $80-100/month for a broadband account. Not sure how much it would be in Europe.
