Best Control Panel
I am looking for a control panel that doesn't attempt to take over the computer system and is not a system resource hog. I've considered designing by own, though due to time constraints, I can't. When I refer to "Take over the entire system", I am referring to how certain control panels make it extremely difficult to do anything from the command line.
Does such a beast exists?
