BPM - bridging the gap between Business & IT
I’ve received quite a few emails by now from various users wondering whether BPM is a business or an IT initiative.
Its been almost two years of extensive research and, based on the data collected, I’ve to conclude that when it comes to initiative its really a business forte. IT is a part of implementing BPM strategies effectively & efficiently. Organizations cannot do without IT, but the driving force behind the strategies has always been the business side.
