migrating email and addresses - NeoMail => Squirrel Mail

I am in need of transferreing emails from NeoMail to Squirrel Mail... but it may be more like Outlook to Squirrel for the mail as I have downloaded all the emails into Outlook. Is there a way to do this quickly without doing a forward of each email?

How would I get the addresses out of NeoMail and plug them back into Squirrel Mail

Very uncertain and unfamiliar with this stuff... any suggestions?

Windows server or linux ? Do you use Maildir ? or normal "spool mail" ? Anyway do you tried to install in "parallel" the both programs ? It should work ...
