Default I've used it...no harm done.

I dowloaded and installed this program about a month ago and so far so good. Basically, when you get a search results, it shows which sites are green and which are red. The red criteria is based on sites that would send you spammy emails and have multiple popups.

It is not a great thing, but is kind of nice to find out that my site has been evaluated by MacAffe and given a green color!

Any time a computer program tries to make the judgement whether a site is good or bad, the user ends up missing out on potentially relevant material. Your best weapon is your own good sense and judgement.
