Default What New DSL Router?

I'm going to try to get someone's opinion on this for the last time before I try getting some replies in a different forum. This is the 3rd time I've asked this question.

I am looking to buy a new Wireless Cable/DSL Router for a hotel which has 10 workstations and 1 server.

It needs to have the following facilities:

VPN
Firewall
4 port Switch
Up-to-date Wireless facilities
URL filtering
Any other usefull facilities you may think of.

The catch is this:

The Router needs to be secure enough to offer controlled internet access to the 10 workstations on the network and to have easy an control panel to configure things.

BUT

Also the internet connection will be used by hotel guests who will want to be able to access any websites/email server/P2P programs which may be installed on there laptops/devices already, without any restrictions.

In the past we have had problems where the corporate side works well, but as soon as a guest starts using a P2P program (limewire, Emule, etc) it cuts the internet connection for everyone.

The setup of the network would be as follows:

CUSTOMER/COMPANY PC/DEVICE -> 48 port Switch -> DELL SERVER LAN NIC -> DELL SERVER WEB NIC -> DSL ROUTER -> THE INTERNET

Your advice on which DSL Router I should get would be much appreciated.

Try changing the title of the post. Add in PLEASE HELP or something. I think people are just reading the title and not reading your post.

I dont know myself but i've emailed someone that may know. I'll let you know what I find out =)

MuNKy, thanks for the reply. Not sure if it is just the title, my last post got 75 views and not 1 response, so people are viewing it, but maybe I've over elaborated in the question and they got bored reading and didnt reply.

Anyway THANKS FOR BEING THE ONLY ONE SO FAR! and I look forward to what advice your contact may give.
