Free Sun Ultra 20?

Am I reading this wrong? I can get a Sun Ultra 20 workstation for free if I pay $1078 for the 3 years of support?

My question - anyone know much about this machine? Could I develop some heavy load stuff to run on this machine? Could I use it to generate the static HTML pages on our site and use rsync to copy them across to our live machines?

Did I stumble on a diamond or a lump of coal here?
