After an new apache install

As we had a new apache install we see som faults...

As we set a copysing on.. we get an ? instead of the copy sign at all our sites.. even as we see an german site the whole site give us strange signs...

What must we redo at the apache file? Any help is welcome.. We have our own server... so no hosting.. But all our sites we host give the same fault..

What must I do at the apache to solved this?
