Weekend traffic off 6/18-6/19/05?

Our total bandwidth usage (about 80 sites, mostly low-traffic) was about 1/2 of usual between Friday night and Monday morning.

Also, FWIW, Google traffic was way down for the busiest site.

Anybody else notice this "slow weekend?"

It was a bit above average for us (12 sites). I didn't see any slow-down.

How would one go about finding out this stat?

You'd need to either look at your log files or your web analytics. If you don't have either, find some. That's the only way that you're going to be able to see the results of your online marketing efforts.
