Default serious problem about inetrnet connection

Iam using a local lan for internet connection and i have got a problem yhat another user who connected to the net through the same lan my subscription is unlimited and his subscription is only 80 hrs per month he is a doctor once ago i gave him my password now by using firewall softwares he entering the net through my ip address and utilising my connection and ip address i have contacted the local lan provider then he changed the password of my ip then also he entrying by using some software please help me how to avoid him .

since this is happening with you for the 2nd time so i think he might have installed some kind of keylogger which sends the keystrokes to him..

I will suggest that first you scan your machine using anti spyware software like Ad-Aware and see what it shows...

and 2nd thing, I hope the password you have set is not simple i.e. easy to guess
