Default Database Management - What's missing?

We've all have our own methods we use and favorite management software. Although I'm curious what we would do to improve that software? I primarily use PHPMyAdmin and I can think of a few things, but the primary thing being that when I'm working on a huge web site, I work on 1 feature at a time, so I would like some kinda of "recently viewed tables" or something where it's a quick-list of up to 5 tables that I have worked on recently.....

What about you guys?
