automatically uptade the online database

Hi,
I would like to kindly ask you help, I have created a private area where my clients can access through ID and Password. In this area I would like to add a database, it is a "repair report" database (.mdb file). What I would like to do is to be able to let the clients consult and or input new data directly online.
Can you recommend me the most simple and quick procedure to impletent this system on the web site?
