Default 2-3 test simulation package is affordable in price.

Well, Buying a collection is always useful and result is fruitful. I have made 3 test collections for oracle and got total of 30% discounts on collection and currently available 50% deep discount at all. I know the real exam is so much difficult. You should have the knowledge about whole exam topics. Although uCertify simulation test give explanation of every questions but for covering exam topics take reference book apart from exam simulation. I’m looking for reference books on PL/SQL. Suggest me few good books. I have simulation kit for exam 1Z0-147 and fact and study notes attached with questions helping me but I want whole concept, which I can get from only good books.

Default PL/SQL Book

The only one I've read is Oracle PL/SQL Programming
by Steven Feuerstein. It was decent, but I don't do that much in Oracle at the moment. You can get an idea if that book fits your needs by going here and browsing it.

Books are like food, we all digest them differently. A book I got a lot from may not be written to address your needs, so take a close look inside before you decide if it's the right one for you or not.

Brian.
