Default How to build a database site that works well with Search Eng

What is the best way to build a database driven site that will be found and indexed by search engines?

We are trying different techniques to get this accomplished but any advice would be helpful.

Thanks

Just make sure there are links to some of the major dynamic results pages... if there aren't any major ones, then make some.

For instance, a site map, or favourites/most-viewed page, or best-results-for... The idea is to take the most important pieces of data (those most likely to be searched for) and organize them on a few pages -- or one if that's all you need.

After you do that, and make sure that there are links to them from your main page, you can submit the main page, and the individual pages if you want, to a few of the major search engines. Doing that, and getting linked to from high-traffic topically-related sites that aren't just link garbage dumps should get you going.

Default Get dynamic content indexed

First of all, the search engines do not see your site as data driven or not, they just see snapshots of your pages (that might be parameterized from the dynamic nature of it). So, think of it this way: What snapshots are SEs going to look at? Per every dynamic page you are going to generate, it is very important to keep titles, keywords, and content in sinc. Create these three meta tags (per page) in the following order:

<title>Your title</title>
<meta name="description" content="Your content">
<meta name="keywords" content="Your keywords">

Where <Your Title>, <Your content> and <Your keywords> are consistent with your page content and loaded (no abuse) with your keywords.
