Default microsoft servers IIs/pws

I am trying to set up my first web application, and I need to get a microsoft personal web server. Can you download it from somewhere, and what would it be called?

if you are using windows 98 then pws can be found on the windows cd i think its under something like tools to be honest it has been a while since i last used it :P

if you are using windows 2k or xp then you need to go to control panel->add/remove programs->add/remove components and the select IIS you may the cd you you may not...
