events calendar: how to automate the process?

i am providing a calendar of martial arts events in belgium on my site:

Until now, people send me their event trough email, and i put it online. as simple as that.

Problem: it's getting too much for me. I'm getting too much emails, i don't find the time anymore to put all the events online in time..

Is there any way i can put this content online in a more automatic way? something like a half-automised process.. maybe a blog.. i don't know. any system through which the user can add his own event?

Gert, there are a number of PHP based event calendars...http://www.easyphpcalendar.com/ is one for example.

There are many more that you can see at any of the script web sites such as http://www.hotscripts.com.
