I much prefer Gsitecrawler to the online ones. You can make rss feeds, ror sitemaps, Google Sitemaps, Html site maps, Yahoo urllist.txt and much more and it's all free.

Once you make your sitemaps you will need to upload them to the root directory of your site and submit them to the appropriate search engines.
