Blog Submission

Please tell me which is the best site for free submission of blog, so i dont have submit in all the blogs sites.

And installing blog on own site is a good idea to increase PR or use blogspot like websites. Out of these 4 Which blog software u think is best..

According to me, WordPress is best as compared to other blog software.
