I think this is easier from writing from scratch

something to consider w/ this approach:

1 - is the site your visiting to take your to be rewritten content from a reliable resource, or are you just going to be regurgitating incorrect, uninformed information? IF you or the writer you are hiring start from scratch, w/ research, you can be assured it is. If you or the writing hired, chose to go this route it is prudent to evaluate the information for accuracy. The last thing any website needs is an actual expert to call you on the info.

2 - how well written is the work you're evaluating for rewrite. just like plr, you need to be sure it's quality work. you don't want to go out and have to rebuild after weeding through it.
