hi guys.i love to make some system like this but i want to be like AKAI MPD32 or MPC

is there way to make this under 90$

b/c i am electrical engr student in 3rd yr.

and i get the caps/resistors wires and few chips easily from college labs for free

and the pad are sold on ebay for 28$

let me know if its possible to make it..
