Google Co-op Search Engine

I'm sure we've all heard of the new personal search engine Google released. I was hoping someone more inclined could help me with something on it's workings.

I posted on the subject this morning on the blog in my signature. I don't want you to read the whole post (I get winded sometimes) but the last part speak on a bug. Does anyone have any answers or ideas on this? It's the post called "Let's Play Google." Thanks a bunch in advance.
