Hello everyone. I have a problem with my USB connection. I use the Creative Zen Micro MP3 player. I upgraded to the new Windows Media Player 11. It would not work, so I followed Microsoft's instructions and "rolled back" to Windows media player 10. The problem is...now my laptop will not "detect" the Zen Micro. I tried following Microsoft's instructions to Uninstall/reinstall the Zen in Device manager...when I try to uninstall....my laptop freezes up....Any suggestions anyone? Thanks...
