Default Who would you pick

I am bored at work and I thought I post this as it mean I dont have to answer it :)

If you had a chance to go on a dinner date with a member on this forum who would you choose (you dont need to say why unless you want to)

Hmm I am around your age and there does seem to be some nice look women on here

This was not based on who is single or not. This was based on if you had the chance to have a long dinner date with someone who would it be (and maybe why)

Ken/greeneagle. He's skinny, so I probably wouldn't have to pay for that much food.

since most of the females (and males for that matter) on this forum live in another country... i'd have to say the dinner date would be of the video conference kind... but if location wasn't an issue, i'd take all of WPW's "British birds" ;) out. all of them. at once.

that'd be one hell of a pub crawl.

Now that answer deserves respect (I come with you to make sure another drinks are brought)

I probably take chandrika as she makes me giggle and is seems pretty intelligent in the old computer department! or someone close to Jadye for inside info for Burf.com (so I can take over the world mharrr mharra etc *2)

Yes distance is not an issue in this. Imagine an all expensive paid weekend meet or some crap like that where nothing was a worry except the company (oh before you as, you would be able to take a laptop to check google)

Yeah a "virtual pub crawl" wouldn't be the same. :)

Simple - no drinks. Not of the computer variety anyway.

If the only issue was company I would ask (in no particular order):

1. Munky - cos he lives about half hour away and I bet I can drink more alcoholic banana juice than he can ;)
2. All my UK buddies on this forum
3. All my buddies on the DC forum
4. Chris, cos hes a good laugh.

So I would be rather busy on these ol' dinner dates. Watch out Tara Palmer-Tompkinson ;)

further plans:

i recommend that after the pubs close, we check into a "chantelle travelodge" and let the party continue (provided we are still capable).

;)

Oh aye? There are quite a few "British Birds" about, Chris. Blue Tit, Robin, Blackbird, Chaffinch, etc :D

And Chantelle's not big enough. LOL

Havent got time to check profiles, would have to be:
female, fairly tall, dark hair, 18-21 and able to do a really convincing fake laugh.
Failing that I guess I would just go for a meal with anyone that liked the same sort of food as me, which isn't hard, i love indian, chinese, steak, fish n chips, whatever.
All this might make my gf jealous, Stella. Oh how I love you Miss Artois ;)

that's not what i've read. i mean, if she's anything like her american counterpart (paris hilton... or at least it comes across that way), accomodations won't be a problem.

Hmmmmmmmmm, I see, well at least Adam has come out:

Marcie Zoob and I have been having this sort of 'relationship' thing going for years now, so she'd be my choice. Debbie, though has something you don't see in a girl everyday -thoughtfulness - she's a nice kid.
Years ago we had a thread here about wenwilder and a guy who no longer posts here Maximillian - Max proposed to Wen in the forum, and we had great fun with that thread, you can still find it if you go back to November 04 in the Breakroom History, but I'm not dragging that fossil out!
BTW : means Lol - no smilies here, so we make our own

Chris seems to be taking this convo down hill (well done man, well done!)

I love Stella tooooo

Just got back from a TV station people for soem wierd language so i need to catch up on the topics!

When I win the lottery this year (it's going to happen, honest), i'll host a massive WPW party to which every member will be invited. I'll even pay for the flights etc for everyone to get there. Then the drinking competitions/games can commence =D

ATTENTION

i had to delete the posts that had the November 2006 date on them. it seems the people who posted with that date couldn't repost because of the date issue.

those who seem to be affected:

burf
deb
me
perhaps munky

if any of you are having problems posting, email me at chris@webpronews.com

I knew what it was cause I run a forum but i could not pm you to tell you.

I believe the system checks the last post you do to check your not flooding the server, it the time between this post and the last is not greater than 30 seconds then it will error. As the last post was 10 monhts in the future it will fail!

I'm like, 30 or 40% sure the timestamp thing wasn't my fault. I have been knee deep in the forum code much of the afternoon but I don't think I did anything that would have impacted the servertime.

At any rate, I'm glad you all got straightened out and things are back to, um... 'normal'.

Don't embarrass him, we don't talk about his 'pinkie' in the forum.

I remember once I met this girl at a dance, she stood there Radiant or was it Daz? either way it was an unusual perfume. She was opening a bottle of guiness with her teeth, I laughed as she so delicately spat the top at a passing by dancer giving him about 8 stiches. She dribbled and smiled those lovely black teeth at me, I was captivated by her long shimmering hair, it had speckles of exhilirating sweat cascading in perfect beads down her side, she did not shave her armpits. We danced the night away until that fiend MuNKy with his sweet talk took her from me.
