One of my favourites!

How about this one (I got it from Maxim magazine):

Get a handful of paper white towels, soak them, and form into the size and shape of a golf ball.
Get a real golf ball.

Stand in your office somewhere that has some 'throwing distance' like about twenty feet, at least.
With your back to the wall, hold the mush-ball behind your back, inconspicuously, and toss the golf ball up and down with your good hand.
When someone stops and asks what you are doing, say "waiting for you, hahaHAHA!" as you transfer the mush for the golf ball and THROW the mushball at them!

If you hit them on the forhead, it is spectacular, but even a body shot is funny as hell.

Oh yeah, fill out a will first.

How about:

My favorite is the dogbert waving the hand and saying, "bah" whenever someone says something that you don't agree with.

Asking people where the restroom is. When they tell you, don't go. Keep them guessing.

Face the back of the elevator.

Stand right next to someone at the urinal, even though there are several others avilable. (This is in direct violation of urinal etiquette.)
