Let me be clear. This will be your own business... as such you will have expenses in setting it up. The initial investment figures I put in the original post are accurate.

I will save you a ton of time as I guide you through the process of getting started.

I will save you a ton of startup money by licensing you use my hosted custom online traffic school website code. Your site will have its own unique domain name and look and feel - totally customized for you. Rather than having to spend literally thousands of dollars and months of time to have someone write this code for you, you can use mine on a fee per paid client basis. Yes, there is some information available online, but you don't get the inside scoop.

Besides the where and how, I'm also offering full IT support with customized code to meet all regulations of the various approval authorities/courts...

Lastly, right now (May 2009) I have access to a custom-written curriculum. It is about 90-95% complete and won't take much or your time to get it finished. This is a huge head start on getting up and running. The owner of the curriculum is willing to sell it - and it WILL save you money in the business startup.

Check out paylesstrafficschool.net, they offer first two chapter free and if you are satisfied with them only then continue for the further lessons and pay for that lessons, i have learned driving from paylesstraffic school.
