Default Looking For A Partner

After a year of development our little company has reached a point where it's time to take the next step.

We are looking for someone that would be intererested in taking the next step with us but I don't really know where to start (my search for a new partner that is). The most important thing is experience...we need someone that has a good amount of experience running a website. We would also prefer that the person live nearby...which means Southern California. I know that's asking a lot so it's not a requirement...just a preference (should live in the US though).

You can find a good amount of information about us here: http://www.planjam.com/history.html

We were also recently featured in a college newspaper:

There are tons of things to talk about (i.e. terms, job description, investment, etc.) so if you are genuinely interested let me know and we can chat. If you live nearby we can also meet up for some coffee. You can reach me via Private Message or you can email me at: rzvagelsky[at]planjam.com. I am also available via MSN Messenger with the same address.

Neat site man, good luck with your venture!
If I was in SoCal, I would hit you up.

Really cool idea, and neat website. I would be very interested if i lived in america. Unfortunately, I live in the UK. But, if this is not too much of a problem, I would be happy to become a partner. You can contact me via email at jack1993jack@googlemail.com
