Why Sticky ?
I can perhaps understand why "The Breakroom Returns" is sticky, but why "Truly Great Movies" and "New Game" ? Let's have a pretense of Democracy, shall we ?

This from a guy who hasn't been seen outside the Breakroom since 2004?
J/K,
MJ (who has rarely been *in* the breakroom.)

Re: Why Sticky ?
Me neither! I was a moderator here once, we will get back to that in the future, but let's count hits on threads an forums here, and I remember when many people used to say they came here just to laugh at our repartee, and even if only a few thousand did that every week, they were here.

Worse, until very recently, I hadn't been seen outside Wen's "Is today today or tomorrow yesterday?" for more than a yonk or two. I enjoy(ed) the company there, and I enjoy the breakroom (usually).
This thread was intended to be positive criticism. I know that when you are too close to something it's easy to miss what's happening, and I really believe that stickiness should be reserved for important, or instructional, messages, and that otherwise a thread's position on the ladder should be determined by its frequency of use.
I've been retired since 2000, and even before that I was a heretic, preferring the easy way offered by "FrontPage" and similar wysiwyg programmes, so I don't think my input on that subject would be any better received than it deserves to be. I also find that there is a limit to the number of times it is possible to stay focused while discussing the relative merits of content, layout and colour-schemes.
If you want me to leave the breakroom I will, but reluctantly. I still enjoy throwing nonsense around (especially at MikMik), and where else can I do that ?

Re: Why Sticky ?
The breakroom would never be the breakroom without you. I can still remember being worried about you and your operation. And what did you do? Chased the bloody nurses

Re: Why Sticky ?
The story about me chasing nurses is an urban myth. At the time it was all I could do to chase my breath.

I'm glad you explained that. I thought you meant Michael Jackson.
