Default Web toll: what is your take on this
I just read an article posted on CNN.com http://www.cnn.com/2006/TECH/interne...oll/index.html.

I was wondering if anyone was as outraged as I am at the thought of the idea that only big companies would have access to hi speed transfers while the little guy would be deligated tothe 300 buad modem type speeds.

I believe doing the "web toll" will be anti-competative and would be a form of anti-trust.

I would love to hear others take on this.

No one is interested in the telecom wanting to create basicly a web tax that only the big companies can pay ?
