I was still at number one on my search hehe It's actually the Moon base Google HQ, it's been up there for years, sometimes you pick up Martian search terms, and that's what happened here

Those do nothing...
Those do nothing to the SERPs. They just give you a nifty gØØg13 interface. Those were just some of their Lanugage Tools options. I didn't link to Klingon, because I had no clue what that was saying.
