Vonage: The Broadband Phone Company

I have been doing some looking into the Vonage phone company, trying to decide if it's what I want to do. I would like to know if anyone has this company, or more importantly, had this company's service.

Ive been using them for the past 4 months, have no complaints with them, the customer service has been great whenever I had questions and you can't beat the pricing. The control panel features are really neat as well, a complete log of all incoming/outgoing calls (long distance and local), being able to download saved messages as audio files and being able to add/remove features are a few of the things you can do from it.

The downside with vonage is the downside with any voip setup and that is, you need a reliable internet provider or your phone service will be crap as well.

I have had vonage for a couple of years and I love the service. I have only had one negative experience but they knew about it before I did and fixed it pretty quickly. My favorite feature is that I can have my cell phone and home ring when someone calls. I pay approx $18 a month after the taxes and other fees for their $15 a month plan.

Thanks for the quick responces. I am definately leaning towards purchasing the Unlimited Small Business Plan, which sounds great.

The only problem you may have (I dont consider it a problem but some might) is that when you make an outgoing call your name doesn't show up on caller id but your phone number will
