Can you guys(and gals)personally recommend some "forum directories". I can do a search, but I would like your recommendatios and opinions on some of the forum directories that you like.

Big Boards is one of the biggest directories for forums, but I'm sure there are plenty more!
Try searching the Google directory for online communities, message boards, etc.

In my experience, you can more or less pick a subject at random, and be pretty sure someone, somewhere is running a forum to cater for it! :o)
