Does anybidy know why this entry would be in my error log? Who is Bruce Perens?

The Electric Fence is an application written by
Bruce Perens who's a well respected software developer. Perens is credited with coining the term "Open Source", his work includes the Linux/Debian GNU project, and he was Senior Systems Programmer at Pixar Studios.
