Rules and Terms of Use

Hello.

Forgive me if this is not the correct place to post this question....

I've created a site for soldiers abroad and their families http://www.risoldier.com

In this site I created a message board and I'm looking for a sample of "Rules and Terms of Use" that I could use as a starting point. I will then add the information that pertains to my site. If anyone can point me towards a sample or a site that deals with this sort of thing, I would greatly appreciate it.
