I didn't expect to post so soon for disaster relief; however, as the numbers continue to mount on both the death toll and overall devastation throughout Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, and even Somalia, it is obvious that millions have been affected. Entire communities have been wiped away. There is no clean drinking water, and the death toll numbers in the tens of thousands, not to mention all of the various other animal life that is also bloating up and rotting in the standing water. CARE estimates that the disease following the disaster itself will more than double any death toll statistics. I've looked up some online links for donating -- reputable organizations, all. I've not included the Red Cross, as they have not posted any links specific to this disaster.
