oh... confetti... (I thought you were puking too)
But yes the WPW mods work hard to keep the forum humming along. That said, modding is a thankless job and I like it that way. As such, I will be deleting this thread immediately and banning max for his blasphemous rabble rousing.

How dare you show appreciation. What are you trying to do, set a precedence? Before you know it, others will follow, then it may escalate to sending us thank you cards, flowers, gifts, money, people hugging us on the street, paparazzi...
To the quarantine!
(Just kidding, gracias Max)

lol - You're too funny!
Look, I would not be asked, nor would I want to become a moderator - I don't envy their job & I enjoy the freedom of getting sent to the corner for crossing the line every once in a while. (smiling)
Cheers!

My post was an attempt at humor (a poor attempt based upon your reply) not to slight the work of a mod. As a mod/admin on another unrelated forum, I can very much appreciate the time, work, and effort.
If any of the mods or admins found my post insulting, I apologise.

Howdy crankydave,
I got the humor of your joke & did lol. I did not think you meant anything rude - our English chaps who post here have a slightly different sense humor, tho they are very funny just the same.
Cheers!

EXCUSE ME... I do not recall you being in the corner... am I mistaken? Let the record show!
Keywords... he doesn't mind being sent, but he does mind going.
Hey Max, do you have some kind of prejudice against dirt? As if you are above the dust to dust routine? HUH?
I dare you to go to the corner!!!!

I happen to think that when you and Max are in the forum, you bring a smile to my face. I just thought that you would see the funny side if Max did make Mod.

Hi Catalyst :O) You have been mod very long time. Yes, you, carjul, wenwilder, paulhiles. All makeing many funny and also punny posts, not mention thought provoking.
It hurts when my thoughts get provoked, you people!
Wen you are one of the ones that have done most for me here, making me feel welcome. What an introduction to forums , yes it was my first. They say you never forget your first girl moderator. Well, I will never forget about color psychology, and laughter, and I LIKE BLACK, okay??? Wen??? LOL
Paul, you must be a great chap being from Canada and all... wha??/ ... London is in Ontario ... UK? Stands for Upper Kensingtom! What?... They have one?
Hey paul, you have a London in England? Quit stealing the name of our cities, dang it!

Oh, Canada! I'm just a 30 minute boat ride from Canada, across Lake Erie.
Hey, how about appreciation for former Mods? Yeah you, funny face! =o)
I wonder who the eldest mod is -- not in age, but who's modded the longest.
