Unless you cut it. Which makes yesterday longer than tomorrow.

I took the time to write a poem on this subject its called "What is time?"
what is time is it part of the day
or is it the time that we live in?
What if clocks were not around
what if time had not been found
how long have we been living
what if the sun had refused to shine
what if the moon never rose
would we still worry and stress and fight
if there was no day or night
we wouldnt exist i suppose
Is time 24 hrs a day
or is it measured in years
how long has the world been here
and will it all end in tears
Time is irrelevent don't you see
It always slips away
it's gone in an instant
and never comes back
so to you I say
If it's gone for good over in a flash
If the world one day will burn and crash
If it does not show and it does not care
then maybe it just wasn't there

NO TIME WASTERS
In writing poems about time
It’s hard to find good words which rhyme
with “o-clock”, or “AM” and “PM”
So just start writing (carpe diem).
We measure time with clocks which tick tick
(‘long time without a word from Mik Mik)
and watches which can tell us when
(surely that’s Wen come back again)
While not wishing to sound imperious
isn’t it time that we got serious ?
I’m out of time, there’s no tomorrow,
have you a little I could borrow?
I’m sure that you have time to spare
while I have none, now that’s not fair.
Once I made time, just for you
while you beat yours ‘til it was blue
your time was ordered, mine was billed
mine was marked and yours was killed
(you swooped upon it, like a cat.
In some states you’d do time for that)
In ending I would like to say
If yesterday’s tomorrow, what’s today ?
That’s the end of my little rhyme
I hope you had a real good time !

Here is My Mentors article on life ..........
All Life Wishes to Reward Its Benefactors by Jim Rohn
Parents, leaders, employers, teachers and volunteers have you discovered one of the great positive mysteries of life? Here it is - All life seems to wish to reward its benefactor.
If you become the benefactor, you will receive these incredible rewards. If you are the benefactor to the garden, the flowers seem to bloom and say, "Look at me. Look how bright and beautiful I am because you took care of me. I wish to reward you by being beautiful, lovely, spectacular."
Your own children, if you become their benefactor, they want to reward you with their progress. I taught my daughters how to swim. And my daughters would say, as they were about to dive, "'Daddy, daddy watch, watch, look, look, watch" as if to say; 'look what you have created here, you've spent the time with me and now look at me. This is the payoff.' Watch me dive." I was their benefactor.
I have found that all life wishes to respond to the benefactor. The ones who give their time, give their effort, give their patience, give their ideas, the benefit of their experience. Whatever has benefited from that, wishes to respond. The crop wishes to grow. The child wishes to show you how much progress they've made.
And remember that whatever you move towards tends to move towards you. Just as when you move toward education, and education starts to seek you out. Or when you move toward progress and progress seems to want to now embrace you. You will find that, just as predictably, as you move towards helping those in your care they will wish to repay you with their own success and accomplishments.
To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

I know I probably said this before (or in the future), but I really think there is an untapped human capacity to remember the future and not just the past, as time is not necessarily linear. Only our perspective is linear.

Hmmm, remember the past,... formember the future?
That would take away the element of surprise, don't cha think?... so if you like surprises then,... don't formember!
Oh, and isn't a curved line still yet a line and isn't the future just a projection of where the line is headed in relation to where it has been?
And Oh,... is jello pronounced 'hello' in spanish?

A curved line is eventually a circle (so is a straight one) - that must be why watch and clock faces are usually round. I haven't got time right now, I'll do it when I get round to it.
