Quality Backlink Checker With Yahoo Site Explorer Gone?
A client of mine let their old domain go against my advice. I had added redirection to send anyone going to the old site to be sent to the new. Now of course someone overseas has picked up the domain and is using it for advertising and it no longer redirects. My client would like to contact every website that is still using a link to the old website and ask them to update to the proper link.

Seeing More Anti-Panda Results
Now I don't want to get into too much detail about this Panda situation that I'm once again encountering. It has to do with local results. I don't know if the localization of the campaign/business has to do with any of this, but as it stands, I've just redone, and on-site optimized a client's site - a site that was a part of a network of similar sites/businesses, that all use the exact same content across the board.

Design Credits - Good or Bad for SEO
When designing websites, it is common practice for a web designer to put an inconspicuous link in the footer of each page of the client's site with a design credit. The credit may say something like "Website Design By [Company Name]" where the company name is an HTML (follow) link to the designer's site.

Organic Google Traffic Drop And Indexed Pages Correlation?
Our sites organic traffic dropped overnight back at the end of September and our sales, which are 80% organic or were, have steadily declined. I have been trying with help from persons here and elsewhere to figure out the problem. Today I was digging around in Webmaster Tools and went to Indexed Pages... at exactly the same time that our traffic dropped, in a 1 week period, from 9/30/12 to 10/7/12 our indexed pages jumped from around 240K to 2.5M, then to 4M the next week, then to just under 6M the next and is staying there. The jump is so huge, and the decline in sales and traffic so dramatic I can not imagine that they are not related.
