Question Looking for a strong affiliate program

Looking for a strong affiliate program which will bring quality first, legitimate and one that will give our site the ability to "cherry pick" only who we want on our site. Is this possible? I've heard that cj has quality affiliates. We are going to have a separate page just for recommended affiliates, so our website user trust is a stake. Any comments/suggestions?

There are a few questions you need to clarify. One is - Are you looking to be an affiliate yourself? Two - Do you want to provide an affiliate program?

Here are the affiliate program sites that are reliable:

Shareasale - I've been paid promptly, had good communications, find their site easy to understand and have no complaints about - 2 years.

Commission Junction - I think their site isn't as easy to navigate and understand, however they do provide datafeeds and have a good reputation.

Ebay Partner Network - What can I say - Ebay is huge - They offer hundreds of good niches.

Google Affiliate Network - My only complaint about them is that you can't see the links that sent the customer to the site. I find that I like to know what page on my sites the person came from and they don't provide this yet.

The best affiliate program for me is that what fit in you.
than I say doesn't matter what program you get in
but how you will promote.

So promote this or that affiliate program on the right direction is the Key
to success.
Best affiliate program is that you get and succeed.

So Learn the skills needed then you will get there
with any affiliate program you choose.

If you have a good amount of traffic and want to affiliate web information products, then you might want to take a look at Mike Dillard's programs. Just Google Magnetic Sponsoring.

CJ is still expensive. Try linkshare. As a merchant using shareasale, I got affiliates quickly. And fees are reasonable.

Smile Re: Looking for a strong affiliate program

Do you have a niche or are you looking for one? It helps if you have passion for what you are promoting. Try a Google search on a potential niche and click "Show Options" on left side of page. This will give you options to look at videos, news, forums, etc for your potential niche. Clickbank is great because you can search within Clickbank to find programs and it gives stats to show competition and popularity. Just make sure that the program gives you marketing material and offers support.

What I would do, is try to find marketers who are in your niche, and have affiliate programs for THEIR products.

This way you will get bigger commissions, and will have relationship with the person to do business with. This relationship is very valuable.

You could find some people on this forum as well - start a new thread saying you are looking for marketers in your niche, who have products.

From my experience, this is much more profitable, and valuable, than promoting something from the big networks.
