Affiliates without their own sites?

I have affiliate program for my site and I am desperately trying to find affiliates who want to join it. I can provide them with white labeled sites.
My question is where can I find affiliates without their own sites? I would prefer them to be some adword guys but in the moment I am willing to accept almost everyone.
Do you know some place where adword guys hang out and look for a potential job?

I think affiliates without their own domain and autoresponder series are wasting their time and money. I do not think you can be successful as an affiliate without creating your own list. You should target affiliate with sites and lists.
